• 7:45 - 8:00 a.m.: Arrive at Chart facility in New Prague
(Continental breakfast will be available)
• 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.: LNG 101 Training plus manufacturing tour.
• Lunch provided
• 5:15 p.m.: Depart for hotel
• 5:45 p.m.: Arrive at hotel
• 7:00 p.m.: Chart hosts group dinner and activity at the Holiday Inn.
Day 2 - Wednesday, September 23
• Check-out of hotel if not attending LNG 201 BAHX Training
• 7:45 - 8:00 a.m.: Arrive at Chart facility

• 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.: LNG 101 Training
• Lunch provided
• 1:45 p.m.: Depart for tour in Shakopee, MN (20 minutes from New Prague)

• 3:30 p.m.: Depart for Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport

Parking is available in front of the buildings. Please enter through the front doors. For safety and security reasons, visitors are required to sign-in for a badge, view the safety video, and review and sign our Visitor Agreement. The Visitor Agreement may be previewed in the online registration.

TRANSPORTATION
• Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation between
the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport, hotel, return trip from final peak shaver tour
location (end of day 2) and back to the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport.
• For those attending LNG 101 course only, it is recommended to rent a car
at the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport terminals.
• For those attending LNG 201, a coach bus will be provided starting Day 2
through end of Day 3 returning to the Holiday Inn.
• For Day 1, carpooling will be arranged.
• Hotels do not provide shuttle service between airport and Chart's campus.
• Super Shuttle Service is available between the airport and hotels.

Dress Code: Acceptable dress is casual to business semi-casual. Please don't wear open-toe shoes, sandals, or shorts due to the plant tour.
Manufacturing Tour: Chart will provide the necessary safety equipment for your protection during the plant tour and in the manufacturing area. Please note cameras (including cell phones) are not allowed in the plant. Infringement of this request may cause attendee to be removed from the plant tour and manufacturing areas.
